Mandatory Unboxing Video
To ensure fairness, we require a clear, uncut unboxing video to process any claims regarding damaged or missing items. Without this video verification, we cannot approve refund requests for transit damages.
1. Exchange and Return Policy

As a brand dealing in baby and kids' apparel, hygiene is our top priority. Once a product leaves our warehouse and reaches a customer, we cannot resell it to another child to ensure safety standards. Therefore, we do not entertain size or style exchanges. Please check the size chart carefully before placing an order.
2. Refunds for Damaged Items
While we pack every order with extreme care, damages can rarely occur during transit. If you receive a damaged product, you are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- The damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Proof Required: A 360-degree unboxing video showing the shipping label and the damage clearly.
